Triptych of images from the series Losing Face. During lockdown I went out to the bathroom one evening and realized that my face had collapsed. I had Bells Palsy, facial paralysis. This series engages with the dilemma of such a shocking personal transformation. In so doing it touches on so many issues for women about how they are perceived, how they perceive themselves, the gaze and also the process of aging.
