One of a series of paintings, exploring duality, in this case, openness, and embracing the world, in contrast to looking inwards and reflecting.They are obviously the extremes. One isn’t necessarily better than the other, but I am interested in where I am between the two modes in the course of the day. The duality is obvious in yoga.
